Features
The 5A Rogowski Integrator Kit (RIK) offers the convenience and flexibility of Rogowski coil current transformers to any device that can handle a 5A input, like a power meter. This kit provides a simple, ready-to-use solution for situations where there may be limited physical space, such as crowded electrical panels, or when dealing with large, irregularly shaped conductors like busbars. With its versatility, the Rogowski Integrator Kit can be used with any system up to 50,000A AC, thanks to its seven adjustable input ranges. Additionally, each kit includes three flexible Rogowski coils in one of four standard lengths.
5A FLEXIBLE CURRENT TRANSFORMERS
This adaptable current sensor has a rope-like structure, making it suitable for installation in panels with limited space.
The output of this sensor is rated from 0-5A, allowing it to be compatible with any power meter that has a 5A nominal current transformer input.
The sensing range of this sensor spans from 2.5A to 50,000A, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of systems.
The CT ratios of this sensor can be easily adjusted in the field, with options including 500A, 1kA, 2.5kA, 5kA, 10kA, 25kA, and 50kA.
Each channel of this sensor can be individually configured with its own CT ratio.
Integrators have the ability to enhance and convert the regular output of the Rogowski coil into a signal that is widely accepted, like 5A. Additionally, integrators can also make up for the natural 90 degree phase difference of the Rogowski coil. The 5A signal is frequently employed to keep track of the energy consumption in a building's control panel or specific load circuits. This signal offers a convenient option for third-party power meters or other devices.
Function and Application :
Purpose: Universal measurement and safeguarding in power systems for situations where mobility or limited space or continuous power supply is required.
